We specialise in the Sheetfed Printing & Packaging industry of converting PAPER/BOARD and METPET materials. We have complete in-house independent setup and departments for printing, converting and post-finishing machines, which enables us to fulfil our commitment to our valued customers. Keeping current speed with time, we ensure that we adhere to international standards of packaging and other GMP requirements. We also see ourselves as a part of our customer's team and add value in various possibilities.

We provide complete service to our customers right from receiving the basic design in the form of an artwork or digital media or it may even be a print matter. We have six offset presses capable of printing from 1-7 colour printing with inline coating at a single pass. We have excellent workforce of highly motivated people to handle the state-of-the-art equipment. We have earned the loyalty of the top multi-national companies in India and overseas with our good quality, timely and cost-effective service.

We are a family owned company that was founded in the year 1972 by Shri Navnitlal M. Shah, the visionary who saw a future in printing and packaging. The second and third generation are adding the brand of hard work and passion to make AWARD a name indistinguishable with excellence and quality in the industry. WHAT WE DO

We offer complete range of carton styles complemented by a wide variety of print finishes ranging from foil stamping, embossing, varnishing, Special effects of structured varnish/drip off effect, spot UV Corrugation and a variety of security features. We provide complete service to our customers right from receiving the basic design in the form of an artwork or digital media and provide Structural samples on various substrates. Artworks to developing a final printed product.

PrePress

Complete in-house pre-press and packaging development solution from ESKO centralized at Mumbai. The department comprises of highly experienced teams with technical and creative expertise and all the requisite equipment to cater to every client’s repro needs.
Our competences include:

  • Artios CAD software for computer aided structural pack design
  • High-end samplemakers from KONGSBERG for accurate cutting and creasing for instant mock-up in any style
  • Complete digital automated workflow for processing of the artwork from ESKO
  • High Quality digital proofs on Epson Stylus


Press

We have sheetfed offset presses of world class manufactures from both the worlds. Our presses consist of from Heidelberg, Koenig and Bauer (KBA) & Komori…with abilities of producing thin paper to non-absorbent substrate along with UV capabilities.





Post-Press

Our die-cutting machine which gives outline / shape to the product and the final stage of folder gluing process is supported by the best of the technology and machinery no other than from BOBST along with high speed lock bottom (SPEEDWAVE), inline braille embossing (ACCUBRAILLE) and quality control inspection (ACCUCHECK) solutions.



Ancillary Equipment

We also have other supportive machinery for converting like Foil Stamping, laminator, Window-Patching & Liner, E & F flute processing etc. which are some of the Ancillary equipment that we use to cater to demands of our diverse and extensive range of customers.
